Cancellation & Refund Policy – Gardens of Healing

At Gardens of Healing, we strive to provide a supportive and reliable space for your healing journey. As our services are personalised and scheduled in advance, we ask that you read and understand our cancellation and refund policy before booking.

1. Nature of Our Services

We offer holistic therapies and healing sessions, both online and in-person. These are considered digital or personal services under EU law and are exempt from the traditional 14-day “cooling-off period” once the service has started or been fully delivered.

2. Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge. A full refund will be issued upon request, or you may choose to receive a credit towards a future session.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency (at our discretion).
  • No-shows: If you do not attend your session and fail to notify us, no refund or credit will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

4. Cancellations by Gardens of Healing

In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same method of payment. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.

6. Retreats (Future Services)

Specific cancellation and refund terms for retreats will be published when those services become available. These may include different timelines and deposit conditions.
